ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS
Pricing: All prices listed on this order form are estimates based on current pricing schedules. Final pricing and payment terms will be confirmed on the official invoice issued by California Berry Cultivars, LLC. Prices may be adjusted based on customer-specific agreements, order volume, or market conditions.
Standard Payment Terms: CBC's typical payment structure for nursery stock orders is as follows: (i) 25% deposit due within 30 days of invoice; (ii) 50% due prior to shipment; and (iii) 25% balance due within 30 days of delivery. Your specific payment terms will be detailed on your invoice.
International Orders: International shipments require phytosanitary certification. Pre-shipment payment must be received prior to release of phytosanitary certificates and export documentation. Customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, permits, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.
Confirmation Process: This order form serves as a preliminary order request. A formal invoice will be issued by CBC's accounting department confirming final quantities, pricing, delivery schedule, and payment terms. The invoice constitutes the binding agreement between CBC and Customer.
Lead Time: Most orders require 6-12 months lead time for production and delivery. Specific delivery dates will be confirmed on your invoice.
